This notice concerns visioair.com and its contact form. It does not describe the processing of camera feeds, sensor data, security events or autonomous-system data within a customer deployment. Those activities require their own agreements and notices.

Information you provide
The contact form requests your name, email address and message. Organization is optional. A product enquiry may prefill your message; you can edit it before submitting.
Please do not include passwords, access credentials, camera footage, incident evidence, sensitive personal information or confidential facility details in this general enquiry form.
Contact enquiries and their purpose
When you submit the form, your name, email address, organization and message are sent to the Web3Forms submission API to deliver your enquiry. The submission also includes a website enquiry subject.
The purpose of an enquiry is to communicate with you about your request and discuss relevant security infrastructure or product needs. Applicable legal grounds for processing and any subsequent communication practices must be confirmed by the site operator. Sending an enquiry is not a blanket consent to unrelated marketing.

The current website application does not include an analytics or advertising tracking integration, and its language selection follows the EN/TR URL. This statement does not guarantee that hosting or external providers never use cookies or logs. External links, including LinkedIn, are governed by the destination’s own notices.
Retention and security
A confirmed retention schedule for enquiries, delivered emails and provider logs has not yet been supplied. The final notice should state the applicable periods or criteria and account for copies held by service providers.
The website and form submission endpoint use HTTPS. This protects transport but does not establish how every recipient stores or handles submissions. Avoid sending sensitive operational material through the public form.
